Utopia

True or false: there is some time of rebellion in every Utopian society?

In my opinion it's true. Why? Authors know that there will never be a such thing as a " perfect" world. It isn't very likely that there isn't going to be at least one person in the society who is selfminded. The government can't expect to control everything and everyone without the people becoming infuriated at the lack of freedom. Once the people in the story realize the ammount of enforced laws and regulations of their city, town, country or even Nation, they will know that something has to change.

Once the characters get even the slightest sense of freedom that is what they are going to work towards. What is the first thing tthey will do when they realize the intensity of the governments control? Rebel, revolt and essentially overthrow.
